What is a private tour
Private tours are exclusive tours for you and your guests. What makes the special is that these tours can also be booked outside of our regular opening hours. If you visit us on any day between Mon-Wed, the collection rooms will opened exclusively for you.
Private tour costs
Private Guests
For private tours that are booked by corporate clients we charge 350 Euro for groups up to 10 participants. For groups of more than 10 participants, private tours cost 35 Euro per person.
Corporate Guests
For private tours that are booked by corporate clients we charge 500 Euro for groups up to 10 participants. For groups of more than 10 participants, private tours cost 50 Euro per person.
Students
Private tours that are booked for students are offered at a reduced rate of 150 Euro per groups up to 10 participants and 15 Euro per person for any additional guest.
How to pay a private tour
After we confirmed you preferred date, we will issue an invoice via mail. Please check your SPAM folder in case you didn’t receive an invoice in your mailbox. Once we receive the payment your booking is confirmed. Please make sure that payment is issued one week prior to the beginning of your tour.
On the day of the tour
On the day of your tour we will pick you up from our front door once you ring The address is Reinhardt Str. 20, 10117 Berlin
Groups with more than 15 participants / adding extra participants
If it turns out that you will be more guests than initially invoiced, you can pay for additional participants on site. Please be aware that the time it takes to sell extra tickets on site limits the time of your actual tour. The maximum capacity for each group is limited to 15 participants. If your group has more than 15 participants we will book additional mediators. This way larger groups can be divided into smaller groups who all start their tour at the same time (for bookings between Mon - Wed) or in 30 minute intervals (between Thu - Sun).
